Luke the manager should be sacked because he's bringing the reputation of this business down! Pretty clear that rude service is common practice at this business since reviews just over the last week have been given 1 star and all say that the service was nothing but rude!

Needed a cartridge filter assembly replacement, not only was i provided a great customer service and assistance in getting the right product but also get a very fast and professional installation service. Very attentive to details and professionals. Thanks Guys
- Max Jago Added October 16, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Purchased a Zodiac chlorinator from them, the unit turned up faulty (more than one fault) the unit was removed and under consumer law entitled to a return/refund however these guys refuse to comply with consumer law.
Currently following process with accc to rectify the issue.
