  The staffs are very polite and friendly. But what's we also want is trusty, reliable and responsible company. This company once they take money from you, they won't fix the mistake that made by their consultants.
  They're should be under ACCC investigation.

  We booked a cruise to sail in & out of WA in Mar 2020. The cruise was cancelled (Covid). We contacted you numerous times, were told we have to use the credit for a trip departing in another state! Consumer law with regard to cancelled services 'Cancelling a contract for services gives the consumer the right to a refund for the proportion of the services not already consumed at the time of cancellation'

  Agents are accommodating and friendly but when it comes to processing refunds you would not be able to reach them. they will give you tons of excuses every time you communicate with them and their Finance team won’t even bother to clarify the whereabouts of your refund. they would just wait until you give up and keep the money for themselves. Definitely disappointing, not recommending doing any booking with them, better book directly.

  As per the below review my rating still remains as less than 1 star!! This was not investigated. The company will send you through loop holes, Make you communicate to many consultants all promising you the same thing which is rectification. The cruise has come and gone. A credit reimbursement was approved! This was never received. Emails now ignored and not responded to. Not at all impressed.
  
  If I could give a 0 star I would for this service! Do not contact this company if you want to experience a smooth process from booking to confirmation to sailing.
  Not even 24 hours after booking with REGIE I have spoken to this company 5 times for multiple issues from the booking consultant.
  - Misspelt Legal Name
  - Room Configuration Incorrect (Confirmed Inside cabin but booked me interior with bunks which I specifically requested that I DID NOT WANT)
  - Incorrect Billing Address
  - Did not receive payment receipt/invoice or Booking Confirmation until I made a phone call requesting this information.
  - Requested Any time dining and was not advised of a wait list position?
  
  Leda is the only consultant you should speak with if your intent is to resolve your booking seemlesley without any hiccups! Definitely will be booking future vacations myself least I only would have myself to blame for issues or errors. Don’t even bother communicating to anyone from this company! Waste your time and money.

  Not happy, prices of everything higher than if I booked it myself, Eileen was very attentive up until I paid up for everything without getting any details and then I was totally ignored. I received all my money back through my bank that agreed I was entitled to get a full refund because of the way I was treated and lodged a dispute in my name. Never again!

  Terrible company , kept calling me and i am no longer interested, so i blocked their number and they then sold my number abroad, i get calls from Congo , Seyshelles ....hope everyone see what type of company this is
