  I am a new patient at Homeworld Helensvale Medical Centre. The front desk staff are very helpful, polite and welcoming. The female Dr I am seeing is also very thorough and I no longer feel rushed through my appointment. I am very happy with my experience at this centre.

  The staff at reception are friendly and helpful. My doctor Dr Simone has provided me with outstanding care over the years, she is professional, empathetic, listens to my issues, refers me to appropriate services and goes out of her way to help me. Simone is both efficient and down to earth.

  Dr Emma is knowledge, experienced and has a great manner. I am hard to please when it comes to Doctors but I cannot recommend Emma highly enough. I wish she still did GP work as I would switch to her in a heartbeat

  Exceptional compassion shown when needing an urgent referral. Sue and the Dr involved truly went above and beyond to help, when they both should have been at home with their loved ones; I can't thank them enough. Two very big hearts.

  Staff are always super friendly and helpful. I’ve being going to this surgery for around five years. Doctors and nurses are great, very knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great doctors surgery, especially for people with young children.

  Have used a few times the past year that we've back on the GC & we will continue to use. Admin staff are always friendly & accomodating. Very consistent. The doctors are lovely :)

  My first visit as I am new to the area. Rang for a general appointment requesting a particular female doctor who had been recommended. Was given an appointment the next day as was lucky to get a cancellation.. I expected the wait as it was late in the day but was entirely worth it as I had my fair share of her time. She was amazing & took time to listen to my prattle without interruption & a lovely person as well.
  I was very impressed. I am returning this week for a follow up from tests. I have been given another long appointment to sort through my medication.
